Casino Heroes REVIEW. PLAY NOW T&C Apply. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS. PAYMENT METHODS. QUALITY AND SELECTION OF GAMES. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Feel like being a hero today? Casino Heroes is the online casino where you are the star of the show, as you embark on a gaming adventure. Casino Heroes is the revamped and re-branded name for Casino Saga, an online casino that launched in 2014 and incorporates various Role Playing Game elements. The casino brings a large library of games from many excellent developers, and the RPG elements can be very enticing for players, as there are many bonuses that can be opened up.

Three island challenges, boss fights, and the magical currency of rubies. If
you’re confused, I’m going to help you to make sense of it all.

Casino Heroes strives to stand out from the pack by sending players on
missions for prizes. It’s a clever premise that rewards players for successfully
conquering each challenge by providing them with free spins and other prizes.

Aside from the adventures, players will find several hundred slots and casino
games, including live dealer tables and video poker options.

A minimum £10 deposit is all it takes to set off on the first adventure, and
if you’re lucky enough to accumulate your rewards, your payout should be
approved within 24 hours and in your possession in less than five days.

If you enjoy bonuses, there are new player offers, but the focus is primarily
on the adventure mission concept, with additional perks like “double your speed”
rewards as part of the overall promotional program.

Casino Heroes is fully licensed and regulated by three of the top agencies.
It is open to players in several countries, except for the United States and
seven other jurisdictions.

Ratings

Overall

It’s always a pleasure to review a betting site that offers its players
something new and different. Casino Heroes has an exciting theme and unusual way
for players to collect loyalty rewards and that makes it stand out. While
banking could be expanded to offer more alternative methods of funding, it’s
fee-free (if you limit yourself to three payouts a month) and has a relatively
quick 24-hour internal processing. You’ll be able to find many of your favorite
games, as the casino hosts five hundred slots and table variations, plus some
live dealer action as well.

Game Variety

The list of slot games puts CasinoHeroes.com somewhere in the middle when it
comes to online casinos. It’s not the smallest, but it doesn’t come anywhere
near the one-thousand-plus games that some of the newer sites tend to offer.
While the actual casino varies greatly depending on location, the slot banks do
have plenty of jackpot games, a wide range of themes, and can be played at
different denominations. The table games cover the basics plus add a few fun
twists, but there’s always room for more. Video poker is in the same boat, and
specialty games are missing from this casino.

Banking

I’m deducting one star for two reasons. The first is that this site puts
forth a relatively short list of banking options. There isn’t even a prepaid
paysafecard alternative that is popular with some online players, nor is there a
Bitcoin alternative. It’s surprising that there would be just credit cards,
e-wallets, and Trustly for UK players when so there are so many good viable
financial options that could be added. The second reason is for lacking a
dedicated banking page that details all of the deposit and withdrawal methods
and the pertinent features for each.

Bonuses

The welcome bonus gives new customers an option of a deposit match or batches
of free spins if they’re willing to deposit more into their betting account.
It’s a step above what many sites offer, but nothing unusual. Things get much
more interesting when you look at the overall premise of the site and the ways
to earn additional free spins and other bonus rewards by playing games and
traveling through three different virtual islands. It’s a fun game and takes
things to the next level, especially for players used to traditional online
loyalty programs that don’t provide many benefits.

Customer Service

If you look at the quality of customer service alone, the rating would be
even higher. But I was compelled to lower it because the department isn’t open
24 hours a day and is not available for phone inquiries.

User Interface

I’ll say this a few times throughout this review, but the best feature of
website usage itself is the fast and complete loading of all of the games. I
can’t tell you how frustrating it can be to look through slot banks and have to
keep asking the site to load more after every ten games appear. It’s even more
“fun” when there are over a thousand games to review, let me tell you.
CasinoHeroes.com does this well, and is equally as convenient on the mobile site
as it is on PCs or laptops.

The Basics About Casino Heroes

It’s fitting to have a website called Casino Heroes owned by a company named
Hero Gaming. The ownership group
was founded in 2013, and CasinoHeroes.com was the first of three gambling sites
launched by the company.

Casino Heroes hit the internet in 2014 with a focus on Scandinavian
countries, although the list of acceptable regions is quite lengthy. The
Japanese market was targeted next, with the launch of CasiTabi.com in 2015, and
Betser.com followed in 2016 for sports punters.

Hero Gaming takes an innovative approach to internet betting with custom
features for players. It utilizes some different software providers, and the
adventure quests take things to the next level with a fun, unique, and ongoing
twist to standard wagering.

Everyone is accepted except for players from the United States, Italy,
France, Guyana (French Guiana), Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, China, and Hong
Kong.

Casino Heroes is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority and the
Curaçao eGaming Commission. Players within the United Kingdom are under the
governance of the UK Gambling Commission.

The Casino Heroes Adventures

While I think that the adventures are fun for players as they enhance the
gaming experience and are an unusual way to issue loyalty prizes, they can be
confusing. It would be beneficial for players if Casino Heroes would include a
“how to” video to demonstrate how they work.

As a video isn’t available, I’ll do my best to explain them to you now that
I’ve had a chance to read through everything thoroughly.

There are three islands and various regions. Each island comes with a level
of difficulty. Treasure Island is the easiest, Rock of Riches is
middle-of-the-road, and Mythical Mountains is the most challenging.

Each island offers either fifteen or twenty treasures and anywhere from ten
to thirty-nine bosses.

The treasures are your value-added gifts, and the bosses are there to stop
you from claiming them.

Once you complete a region by satisfying the gaming requirements, you meet
the boss. You have to win the battle with the boss to be able to move on to the
next region. If you’re successful, you also receive a prize to claim on the next
island or in the Ruby Store. If you’re unsuccessful, you have to keep trying,
but you do get to claim a five-free-spins consolation prize.

There is a progress bar so you can monitor how much headway you’re making
across the region. You only need a minimum of £.20 bets to keep moving forward.

Rubies are the magical currency on the island. You can use them to purchase
Hero Spins, Super Hero Spins, or Mega Hero Spins. Alternatively, you can use
them in the dedicated Ruby Store.

The adventures take the place of a traditional loyalty club by monitoring
levels of play and issuing rewards for reaching different plateaus.

I think it’s a more entertaining way of implementing this type of program,
but it could use a more straightforward explanation, as it took me a while to
figure out the concept and the ins and outs of the program. While there are some
details that I’m probably still lacking, you should get the gist.

Slots

Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play ‘n Go, Playson, Push Gaming,
Quickspin, and Yggdrasil. If you’re
even vaguely familiar with online slots, you probably recognize at least a few
of these names, as they’re some of the most prominent online casino software
developers out there today.

The slot banks will vary greatly depending on a player’s location, but should
average out at about 450 slot games on the full website and just above half for
mobile play.

Some of the most popular games, determined by Casino Heroes players, are
Gonzo’s Quest, Book of Dead, Vikings Go Berzerk, Starburst, Gemix, and Twin
Spin. Other favorites are Crystal Land, Finn and the Swirly Spin, Pied Piper,
Twin Spin Deluxe, Viking Gods Thor and Loki, and Pumpkin Smash.

For players who enjoy the progressive jackpot versions (and who doesn’t,
right?), there are some millionaire makers in the mix. These prize points will
change by the time you read this, but when I wrote it, Mega Fortune was showing
a £2.2 jackpot and Hall of Gods surpassed the £2.7 million mark. Other
increasing prizes include Holmes and the Stolen Stones at £32K, Divine Fortune
at £245K, and Power Force Villains approaching the £60,000 level.

A few slots that you may already know…Guns N’ Roses, Beauty and the Beast,
Planet of the Apes, Dracula, The Phantom of the Opera, Fairytale Legends Hansel
and Gretel, and Jack Hammer 2.

I like the setup in the slot game banks. It’s extremely fast and efficient.
Rather than having to continuously click buttons to reveal a new batch of games
to review, everything is unveiled at the start. So if you select “Jackpots,”
you’ll see all of the games in that category. It made things even easier on a
tablet, as misclicks were avoided when scrolling through the titles.

You can search for one particular game if you know what you’re looking for,
but that’s the extent of the sorting features. You have a jackpots menu item,
but nothing additional like “bonus round games” or various themes. On some
sites, that would cause frustration, but because of the website design and the
full loading of all slot options, it’s not a problem, as you can review
everything so easily anyway.

Casino Games

Reviews

Casino games are separated out into Roulette, Blackjack, Table Games, and
Video Poker. It’s unusual for a site not to have a separate live casino area,
but the live dealer tables are integrated into those main casino sections.

I noted that the casino game areas do vary greatly depending on geographic
location. In areas that are open to more gaming selections, there are just under
twenty each of roulette and blackjack, and twenty-nine other tables. Video poker
can come in as high as fifteen games.

When converted to mobile play, though, these get narrowed down to just a few
games in each section.

Because there isn’t a live casino area, you may not realize that these tables
are open to you, but I counted fifteen amongst the regular casino tables.

Casino Hold ’em, Money Wheel, Casino Stud Poker, Super Wheel, and a
progressive jackpot poker game all enhance the typical gaming collection that
focuses on roulette and blackjack.

Specialty games like keno or scratch cards are lacking, but casino players
should enjoy the experience. The graphics are bright and bold, making selections
more comfortable with less chance of mistakes.

Banking Options

Occasionally, I’ll come across a website that may put some financial services
logos in the footer area of the homepage but won’t provide a dedicated banking
page. That’s the case on CasinoHeroes.com, and it doesn’t make sense, as
everything else is fully disclosed.

Deposits and withdrawals are the essential services of a betting site, and
potential new customers should have the opportunity to review the entire
product, including their banking options.

I do understand that, just like the games, the banking will vary depending on
the location of the player, but that can be noted in a comprehensive listing.
I’m talking about things like minimums, maximums, fees, turnaround times, etc.
It’s so much more efficient for players to be able to review everything all at
once rather, than leaf through the website pages trying to piece together the
information.

Heroes

Now, I will say that there is a mention of a banking page with a link
provided within the payments area of the FAQs, but that link doesn’t go to an
active page. So maybe the developers are working on launching a new section.

In the meantime, to make sure I provided an accurate listing, I did reach out
to customer service, but the live chat was closed, as it doesn’t operate around
the clock. On the plus side, though, my email was responded to relatively fast.
That was enough to impress, as I can’t tell you how many times I’ve submitted an
email to different operators without ever receiving a response.

For players in the UK, I was told that the options are credit cards, Trustly,
Neteller, and Skrill. That was the extent of the information, though.

Review

I did review the terms and conditions to put together more details, so the
following list should give you some proper guidelines on the methods accepted
and what they involve.

Casino Heroes does promote that they turn their internal approvals around
within 24 hours for payouts, and then the overall timing depends on the method
used.

Bonus Promotions

We’ve established that the “adventures” are the heart and soul of this casino
and provide a unique way for players to earn some free spins and other prizes.

There are a few other promotional opportunities as well, though.

When it comes to the welcome bonus, players have their choice of two, and
each one has two parts that correspond to the first two deposits made into the
new CasinoHeroes.com betting account.

Welcome Bonus Option #1

Deposit one: Deposit a minimum of €10 to get a 100% deposit match up to €50
plus 50 free spins on Starburst

Deposit two: Deposit a minimum of €10 to get a 100% deposit match up to €50

Casino Heroes 20 Free Spins

Welcome Bonus Option #2

Deposit one: Deposit €100 or more to get up to 300 free spins on selected
games

Deposit two: Deposit €50 or more to get up to 75 free spins on Finn and the
Swirly Spin

Let’s talk about rollovers now, as they do apply to any of the bonus awards
available to new players.

The wagering requirement on the deposit-matching funds is twenty times, but
it applies to the sum of the bonus and deposited amount together. If you deposit
€10 to get €10, your twenty-times rollover is set on the €20 total for €400 in
required bets needed to fulfill the playthrough condition.

For free spins, the rollover comes into play with any winnings that are
accumulated. Let’s say you end up with €50 in profit after completing your free
spins; you then need to play those through forty times over. That’s a total of
€2,000 in wagering.

Casino Heroes uses what’s known as a sticky bonus. That means that any bonus
money is removed first before you receive a withdrawal. If you were awarded a
€10 bonus, for example, that €10 is subtracted from your credit balance before a
payout is issued.

It’s also handy to know that your real money is used before any bonus funds,
and your real cash can be withdrawn at any time without penalty.

Using your bonus money is the only way to offset your wagering requirement,
though. You’ll probably want to use it on slots, as they are the only games that
contribute 100% to your playthrough quest. Video poker comes in at 30%, and
table games will range from 0% to 10%, depending on the game.

Treasure Chest Additions

On CasinoHeroes.com, players’ rewards are kept in a treasure chest. From time
to time, the casino will add some goodies to the chest – just because.

For example, the current promotion is a free spins giveaway. Anyone who has
made a deposit within the last sixty days and played it through will find the
reward of ten free spins on Twin Spin Deluxe in their treasure chest. Of course,
the forty-times rollover applies, but it’s always nice to get a gift, right?

Mobile Compatibility

When it comes to mobile accessibility, there are a few ways to access the
Casino Heroes website.

If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can download the iOS app.

Alternatively, anyone can use the site just by pulling it up in a mobile
browser. I accessed it on an iPad without the app, and it converted to a
flawless format. The games loaded instantly, and I didn’t have to continually
click a “load more” button. Everything appeared all at once for a more natural
review of the gaming selections.

The menu is located at the top right instead of across the top like the full
site features, but everything is still there. You can review promotions and
participate in the island challenges without needing to pull out your laptop or
get to a PC.

Customer Service

Hero Gaming is even creative with its customer service, calling their agents
“Support Heroes.” I like the similar thread weaving through the entire site,
giving it continuity and many things that allow it to stand out from the rest.

The department does operate on limited hours, though. I tried to access live
chat after 24:00 (CET) and had to send an email instead. The department is open
10:00 to 24:00 CET and there isn’t a phone option for players who prefer
speaking with someone.

Customer Service:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Live Chat: available during designated hours only

As far as the responses go, I was very pleased that my email was responded to
quickly. I left it late at night, and in the morning, the answer was there
waiting for me. While it did address my primary question and was very courteous,
I would have appreciated more information.

I asked about the banking options and any details for each, and was given a
list of the available methods but no mention of the minimums or fees. I also let
the agent know that the banking link didn’t take me anywhere, and that wasn’t
addressed either.

I’m not going to be too harsh about any of this, though. Compared to many
other operations, this is a top-notch department. You can’t even believe how
many casinos don’t respond to players at all. You shouldn’t have to be concerned
about that with Casino Heroes.

Conclusion

I started this review out by talking about the unique theme that weaves
throughout the casino gaming. The adventures offer up a unique way for players
to receive some perks, but are certainly not required. If you want to register
and go straight to your favorite game or try out something new, you can go right
ahead. You won’t encounter any required trips across the island and encounters
with the “bosses.”

As far as player services go, the minimum £10 deposit and £10 withdrawal is
on the low end and should accommodate any online bettor. The payments should be
approved within 24 hours, so if you use Skrill or Neteller, you can have cash on
hand within a day.

Even though there is a 2.5% fee for payouts, it doesn’t kick in until the
fourth withdrawal of the month, so as long as you plan accordingly, it shouldn’t
be difficult to take advantage of fee-free transactions across the board.

While I would have liked to have been able to review a banking page, it did
give me the opportunity to contact customer service, and I found their response
to be quick and pleasant. Expanding customer service to 24 hours would
accommodate more customers, though.

Although the focus is on Scandinavian players, Casino Heroes markets to and
accepts international players with very few exceptions. Everyone is on a
different time clock, so it would help them to offer around-the-clock
assistance.

When I look at the gaming itself, I do appreciate the combination of
different software providers, so more games are included. I also really liked
the fast loading and easy-to-scroll-through setup. I’m curious as to why the
live casino games wouldn’t be promoted more and isolated to a dedicated section
to make it easier for players who prefer them, though.

While there are “enough” table games and video poker options to accommodate,
those sections could be expanded and some specialty games added to the
collection. Bingo, keno, scratch cards, and other parlor games are mainstays for
some players.

If you enjoy using a betting service that ventures out from the typical
website with a fun premise, plenty of progressive jackpot slots, and a top-notch
mobile platform, then Casino Heroes should fit the bill.

I especially like:

  • Unique customer loyalty game
  • Complete loading of all games at once so you don’t have to “add more” in
    batches
  • Combination of top software providers like NetEnt, Quickspin, and
    Yggdrasil
  • Friendly and responsive customer service agents
  • No real-money penalty for removing a bonus award
  • iOS app or mobile browser access
  • Low £10 minimum deposits and withdrawals
  • Within 24-hour internal cash-out approvals
  • The Creativity!

They say not all heroes wear capes and you’ll find very few capes in this Casino Heroes review, unless you count Gandalf’s robes. The operator more than makes up for this with an interactive and beautifully designed website. Gamification is the main objective with an emphasis on storytelling not far behind. It combines the classic online operator with a video game-style user experience to enhance your gameplay. The two-time EGR award winner launched in 2014 and has been entertaining players with ‘Islands’ you can move around to challenge bosses, and the ability to choose a hero as your avatar. J.R.R Tolkien has certainly inspired the designers here with characters such as a dwarf named Dwalin and a wizard named Gandalf, who sports some very Dumbledore-esque traits, included in the avatar list amongst Indiana Jones, Yoda, Lara Croft and a Samurai.

This Casino Heroes review will, of course, go beyond the superhero selection. I like to focus on a few significant features in my reviews such as the game library, mobile and liveoffering. I then check out the software used, payment options, the customer service available and try to find out a few interesting things about the company itself. Pick your favourite hero and let’s begin our quest!

Casino Heroes’ Games Collection

This operator will unfortunately not be winning any points for ease of navigation on its website. Finding information about games and developers here was like pulling teeth and it seems the available information isn’t always kept up to date. The website does house a seriously good selection of games despite the clunky navigation, almost 700 in fact. The bulk of the game library is made up of slot games with a good range of table games, video poker and an enormous live dealer suite provided by Evolution Gaming and NetEnt. The slot games are provided by a good range of developers, although finding an exact list has proven to be very difficult. Included on the list at least are Push Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Thunderkick, Quickspin, Yggdrasil, Play’n GO, Playson and, of course, industry giant Microgaming. The Mahjong Exchange table game stands out as something a bit different alongside the regular table game selection. Fortunium, a new steampunk themed slot, Wild Swarm and Jumanji are among the many exciting new slot games available on the site, which is constantly being updated with new games and developers coming aboard.

The game lobby cannot be described as intuitively laid out and it may take you a lot of scrolling to find the game you’re looking for but at least this will give you the opportunity to see and appreciate the enormity of the selection. One thing I think should be standard in all online operators is free play mode on slot games, so players can make an informed decision before they spend their hard-earned money. This website only offers free play mode on slot games only if you are not logged in to a member account, meaning every time you want to try something out you must log out of your account and then back in again should you choose to wager your funds. From a user experience standpoint this can be a bit annoying. For a website that offers free play on all of its slot games, take a look at Grand Ivy.

Casino Heroes Live

Very new to this operator, the live gaming was launched at the end of May 2018. As with all good online operators, it has selected the industry’s finest live dealer game developers Evolution Gaming and NetEnt. If you have read any of my other reviews of websites using Evolution you will know that it is my favourite. With its own croupier training academy, you can be sure that its standards are high and uniform across the board – in all manner of live games. NetEnt is known for its ability to do it all and do it well, as a multi-award winner in slot provision. Its live dealers are also of a very high standard. It’s always nice to see more than one developer in a live offering so you can be sure that players are offered a large variety of games with diverse themes and dealers. All of your favourite live games are provided, from roulette to baccarat and poker, all with a wide range of dealers, themes and bet limits available. My favourite Dream Catcher money wheel game is also available, meaning I can give this live game offering my seal of approval.

A Heroic Mobile Option

One thing I like in a smartphone or tablet offering is a downloadable app. Casino Heroes mobile ticks this box although you will only be able to download the app if you have an iPhone or iPad and access to the App store. Android users miss out again in what is becoming an increasingly common issue with apps, they’re just not widely available for Android as Google has only recently let them in to the Google Play store. To make up for this, the website is fully optimised for mobile use and you can pin it to your device’s internet home screen for quick access. The website is intuitive, simple to use and available in five languages. Bonus spins can be transferred to your handheld device with a quick chat to customer service. The bonuses are also available for customers who prefer to take their slots to go. The gamified approach really sings on a handheld device, where marching your avatar hero through the islands fighting bosses feels similar to any of the best adventure games in the App store today.

Casino Heroes Bonus Bash

The Casino Heroes bonus welcome offer is a four-part deposit offer (or free spins offer), meaning you will have to make four separate deposits totalling £1,150 before you are eligible to receive the advertised amount of £400. The minimum deposit required to activate the promotion is £10, meaning if you would like to make smaller deposits you are still eligible for a little extra coin. Alternatively, you can deposit a total of £250 to receive 600 free spins on selected games. Normally, free spins are only redeemable on the same old pre-selected games like Starburst, but this time, the operator offers free spins on some of my favourite slot games. Yggdrasil’s innovative Jungle Books and the awesome Finn and the Swirly Spin from NetEnt are the highlights of this offer for me. Wagering requirements are something you should always pay attention to when considering an operator’s welcome bonus. In this case, the bonus must be wagered 40 times and funds will only begin to be wagered after any deposited funds have been wagered. This means that if you get an extra £50, you will need to wager a total of £2,000 to pass the wagering requirements! Not all games count towards wagering, so you need to be careful where you place your bets if you’re after that bonus. It’s best to stick to slot games which count 100% towards your wagering, while playing roulette is not so wise here as it only counts for 5%.

Rubies

Rubies are the currency of Heroville and can be traded in at the ‘Ruby Store’ for free spins. Rubies are earned by playing games, from promotions and by winning Boss Fights and finding Treasure Bags on your travels around the islands. This seems like a job for Indiana Jones, so I would suggest changing your Hero avatar to Indy if you’re in search of these gems. Rubies earned by playing games are yours to keep (at £75 a pop you’d expect them to be) while those earned in Boss Fights or found in Treasure Bags expire after a few weeks or months, so it’s always good to check the terms and conditions to make sure you don’t miss out!

Seasonal Islands

Casino Heroes Reviews

While there are already three exciting islands you can travel around: Treasure Island, Rock of Riches and Mythical Mountains, sometimes, as a promotion, new islands are added for a limited time. For example, for summer 2018, Heroville has grown to include Summer Island with 15 new bosses and hidden rewards. This island is only available on weekends.

A Secretive Software Selection

I must say I’ve never found it so difficult to determine which software developers an operator partners with before. Offering only a short list in the footer of its homepage, Casino Heroes occasionally announces the addition of a new developer on twitter but these are not added to the footer. No option to sort games by developer makes it almost impossible to create an accurate list. I do know that Yggdrasil, Push Gaming, Quickspin, Microgaming, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Playson, Evolution Gaming, Thunderkick, Pragmatic Play and Realistic Games are available here, but I cannot confirm whether these are all of the developers featured. See how these software developers compare to others in my best software assessment. In terms of web development, this gamified approach is promising, if a little lacklustre. The choice of heroes for your avatar is great, but there is little you can do with this character beyond reading about their abilities. It is interesting to note that it gave Gandalf a history that seems to be borrowed from Dumbledore – this hybrid sure sounds like a hero to me. I appreciate the efforts towards revolutionising online casinos and look forward to seeing how it takes this concept further in the future. If you’re looking for something just as high-tech but less secretive, have a look at the best new online casinos for operators with well-designed sites and great developer selections.

Not so Heroic Payment Options

A little bitmore bad news for this Casino Heroes review. Similarly to the software developer information, any questions you might have about payment options are not simply answered by a quick scan through the FAQ section, or any other section for that matter. After spending a little too much time investigating payment options, I have come away with little more knowledge than the following: debit cards Visa and Mastercard are accepted along with Trustly and e-wallets Skrill and Neteller. Listed in the footer of the home page are Zimpler andecoPayz along with the previously listed options, although when attempting to make a deposit these options were not available to me. I would not consider this a wide range of options though many of the most popular are covered, with the exception of PayPal. If PayPal is your preferred deposit method, I’d recommend looking at my review of PayPal friendly operators.

Company Details and Customer Service

Sonic Heroes Casino Park

Launched in 2014 under the name Casino Saga, the operator found itself being threatened with legal action by King.com, creators of a series of games named ‘saga’ including the popular Candy Crush saga, before opting to change to Casino Heroes UK. A much better name in my opinion. Founded by Georg Westin, former CTO of Betsafe and co-founder of Happy Bingo and Casumo, this operator is in experienced hands. Most recently the operator won the Casino Product of the Year award at the 2018 Global Gaming Awards. The Customer Service options are reasonably good with Live Chat provided by Zendesk and email available. It can be annoying when an operator does not offer phone support for problems that are not so easily explained via chat or for people who do not feel comfortable asking for support via computer. The FAQ section is quite comprehensive so I would recommend searching for relevant information there before reaching out.

Casino Heroes Review in Conclusion

This Casino Heroes review shows that the operator ticks all of the boxes of my tried and tested criteria, making it something I am willing to recommend to you, dear punter. The approach of gamification and a focus on storytelling takes the online experience to a new level, making for opportunities to play in between the games you choose to bet on. While I may be disappointed with the lack of capes, the inclusion of a wide variety of heroes to choose from is something special. Especially if you’re a Tolkien fan with the names Gandalf and Dwalin plucked straight from the pages of The Hobbit while Lara Croft and Indiana Jones were only given nicknames – perhaps a copyright issue? Either way, it’s giving you options if you’re looking for something a little different, making it easy to see why Hero Gaming was awarded the 2016 EGR Rising Star award.
