The 52nd Annual GRAMMY Awards airs Sunday night, January 31, 2010 on CBS at 8pm EST. It's a big night for music with competition heating up for Album of the Year between Taylor Swift's 'Fearless,' Beyonce's 'I Am ... Sasha Fierce,' Lady Gaga's 'The Fame,' Dave Matthews Band's 'Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King' and Black Eyed Peas' 'The E.N.D.' Taylor Swift Swift seems to be a top pick, winning what seems to be every major award in 2009.

The Grammy Awards were established in 1958. Prior to the first live Grammys telecast in 1971 on ABC, a series of taped annual specials in the 1960s called The Best on Record were broadcast on NBC. The first Grammy Award telecast took place on the night of November 29, 1959.
