A: For birthdays in March and April, offers may be redeemed in June. For birthdays in May and June, offers may be redeemed in July.
Q: Will your VIP events be rescheduled?
A: We are actively working to reschedule any previous planned VIP event. Invited guests will be contacted by our hosts once new dates have been determined.
Q: Are your casino promotions & events going to be rescheduled?
A: Talking Stick Resort maintains a full schedule of exciting promotions and events, and we are actively working to reschedule those impacted by our temporary closure. Please continue to visit our COVID-19 Updates page for the latest updates on promotions.
Q: Are your entertainment acts going to be rescheduled?
A: The entertainment team at Talking Stick Resort are actively rescheduling our concerts. In some instances new dates have already been announced. Please check our COVID-19 Updates page for those dates and for future entertainment changes.
Please note, tickets held from previous dates will still be honored, or fans may obtain refunds at the point of purchase.
Q: If I made a reservation at the hotel, can I get a full refund?
A: As resort activity is paused, our staff will be refunding all cancellations at no fee through May 31, 2020. If your reservations were made through a third-party site, please contact the third party for details on its specific cancellation policy.
Q: Are you cleaning the casino?
A: Talking Stick Resort has enhanced our sanitizing policies and procedures. Prior to our temporary closure, we increased the frequency of cleaning throughout the property including an intensified focus on the cleaning of high-touch, high-traffic areas. We also increased the number of hand sanitizing stations throughout the property for guest and staff use, while also issuing guidance to staff to promote social distancing. Moreover, while the resort is temporarily closed, we continue to thoroughly clean the public and staff spaces.

In defining our safety measures, we spoke directly with guests to determine any concerns they may have in returning, while also reviewing the guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and directives from our local state health officials. We are committed to the health of our guests and employees and have put in place a number of cleaning practices and procedures to help everyone stay healthy.
Guest and Employee Safety Measures

Stay in Style, Safely
A limited number of guest rooms will be open during our first phase of reopening. No connecting rooms will be available. Additional safety measures implemented include:
- Glassware and coffee mugs have been replaced with single use
individually wrapped drinkware. - Decorative bed throws and pillows have been removed.
- Extra pillows and blankets will only be available upon request.
- No contact room service.
- Thorough cleaning and sanitization to occur after each guest departure.

Talking Stick Resort is AZSAFE + CLEAN Certified. Team members are taking the necessary steps to continue to improve social responsibility and ensure a clean and inviting environment for our guests and visitors.

Playing Safely
The casino floor will be open and feature all of your favorite table games, slots, keno, and updated safety features.
Casino Floor
- Plexiglass dividers have been installed between slot machines and in use tables.
- Some slot machines have been taken out of service in order to observe appropriate social distancing.
- Designated staff will regularly clean and sanitize the casino chips, tables, chairs and handrails.
Poker
The Arena Poker Room will be open at limited capacity. There will be no more poker tournaments until further notice.
Keno
Seating has been reconfigured in observance of social distances. Chairs and workstations will be regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Dining
What’s Open
A reduced number of restaurants will be open with limited seating and/or 'Grab N' Go' food and beverage menus. The current restaurant information:

The Blue Coyote Café is now open with limited indoor and patio seating.
OCEAN TRAIL
Ocean Trail is now offering its full menu for 'Grab N' Go' dining.

The Black Fig Bistro is offering a special 'Grab N' Go' menu.
PLAYERS SPORTS BAR
The Players Sports Bar is open daily (6am - 2am) without any food service options.

All lounge furniture at our pools has been reconfigured to observe appropriate social distances. Chairs, chaise lounges and tables will be regularly sanitized.
Entertainment
Show Updates
Talking Stick Resort is looking forward to bringing live events back to our showrooms. In the meantime, we are actively working with entertainers to schedule and reschedule shows.
Box Office
During our first phase of reopening, our box office will be relocated to the property’s lower level near the Blue Coyote Cantina.
